They are professional and careful to do anything. They will try to work with you on a client's project. And we also think together about how to provide the best solution to customers. Not just let you do what he wants.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Understand resource allocation. put the right person in the right role. set the right goal, don't need to take every project. I hope that another manager will face the customer with me and instead of criticizing the colleagues who work with him and find the solutions together.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel the lead think that "I can do anything." So, they feel if they assign me to handle it and that will be done well but I have no time to do everything. I don't think I have 36hours per day can use. workload too heavy!
