Open their eyes and wake up their idea! There's no leadership team when none is a leader.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Working hard in the company and helping to build business up and yet no proper recognition from the management team. All that matters to the top management is only management team and ignore the feedback from the team under.
