Knowing that our region is growing fast and performing well. Every day represents new chalenges that make me stop the routine, set strategies and work for mid-long term objectives. Meeting and leaning from people's experience every day.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I believe that allowing monthly service billing results in better employee engagement, and greater efficiency in salary cost. Today I receive only 25% of the cost that Rahi pays for my salary. All the rest is taxes. We don't need to raise wages, we need to be more creative!
