It's culturally diverse and everyone seems to get a long really well
What are some of the best things about your team?
Team is very easy going but it's lacking interaction, collaboration and team building other than weekly sales forecast meeting
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Yearly bonuses would be great. It was removed from my 2021 compensation package. Commission percentage vs monthly quota seems unreachable and attainable at times
