What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

For the most part, non-management employees are exceedingly talented, actually care about providing quality work, and delivering beyond expectations.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Even with lax or no direction at all, my team is able to consistently deliver and often exceeds customer expectations.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

There is a distinct lack of direction from middle management which affects their employee's career trajectory. Lack of mentorship and knowledge in their employee's role greatly affects this as well.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Management needs to start listening to their employees and actively take steps to provide opportunities for their growth within the company or they will start leaving for companies that will.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Please know that you are losing field service team members because, you are actively discouraging the behavior that directly effects future business with our customers. They are the face of the company and should be treated as such.
