Its been great honestly, sometimes theres a lack of communication on some things. Being thrown in to projects with out the full scope does make it hard.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am doing quite a bit that is outside of my job description mostly doing technical break fix stuff. Now thrown into what seems to be more management and way more responsibilities. Average 10 hour work days almost daily
