Raising Cane's Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

It takes care of all of my needs

That they're opt in and/or out

Reduces the prices on things

Insurance vacation pay. Schedule. Working

The Crew fund is really cool and Ive been using my free phone consulting sessions regularly

I like the meal discounts the most, it's nice grabbing something to eat right after a shift or on breaks

Many options for insurance it is a little pricey though

everything is good because they give a good amount of things

The benifits are easy to understand and you get what you need.

Review from Sales Dept

The pay that I get.

At my level, I qualify for bonuses based off the Restaurant's sales

The days off. I need them.

Everything is great, everything I could ask for

Vacation time off with family

ive never really thought about it

I dont think i have that

The constant gifts given to me by the company

Review from Operations Dept

I get 50% percent off I guess.

Fair and generous. Well matched

Everything is great love working at canes

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

if i didnt have to do so much extra work to work here...

Crewmember get no insurance. They change your time without you knowing

They dont acknowlage you unless they need somthing from you and their very not understanding when problems happem outside of work.

Review from Sales Dept

I have not been paid

I have been working for canes for over a year and half and havent really gotten a raisewith my time and knowledge and experience, im certified trainer and barely making the same as someone who just starts

$10 an hour to do very physically demanding work for 8, 9, 10, even 11 hours is just not a fair wage. Cane's tries to be competitive with other fast-food chains in a lot of aspects and attempts to distinguish itself from the rest, however the pay to its employees is not reflective of this.

Review from Sales Dept

benefits only roll out after a year and arent that good anyway

Management always takes forever to push through promotions, especially with certain people. Most times we have to do their jobs for them… please help 1917 Tallahass

I'm pregnant and they don't give me breaks.

treat me fairly and stop cutting my hours

I feel undervalued because I am getting in trouble for the wrong things.

I would feel better about my compensation if eveyone started out equally but instead im getting paid less than someone i was paid to train.

Need better pay for what we are worth, taking hundreds of orders a day without any interaction with our managers.

Review from Sales Dept

I feel undervalued and underappreciated because I don't get paid enough for what I do at work and I feel like im being treated unfairly. I think what would make me feel better about my compensation is if I got scheduled to work more hours so I can get paid more and if my manager trained me more.

The physical labor involved with the job can be extreme and exhausting. I would want a raise

They work you a lot. Theh don't let you have any food at the end of the day snd throw it out. Wut. I get paid minimum wage to do tedious tasks up to 4 in the morning.

They dont care about us

Too much work for basically no pay

The new people are getting paid $15 while everyone else Ct, Bs and workers who have been here longer only get paid $14

I don't feel like my experience was taken into consideration. I just feel 25 + yrs I should make a little more then I make.
