Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I cant get sick pay because I have limited hours, and i dont get ant benefits because they refuse to schedule over 20hrs week

People that did the minimum received more benefits than those that worked harder.
if i didnt have to do so much extra work to work here...
Crewmember get no insurance. They change your time without you knowing
They dont acknowlage you unless they need somthing from you and their very not understanding when problems happem outside of work.

Be honest about the hours that you are giving the workers. When you Hire them. Don't change the hours after you get hired

Management needs to be serious
Our food is always nasty, or fresh… there’s never any in between guest love how the tenders are supposed to be cooked. The managers don’t really know the flow of the restaurant like crew, so they’ll waste an insane out of product sometimes after
The managment is very bad, they ignore the employess concerns about mangers behaviors as well as concerns about errors in the pay.
Pay better, take disability accomodations seriously, have better managers that dont scream and call names, have an effective Hr team that actually helps you and doesnt tell your manager what you said about them
