    some changes in the leadership needed especially in my department. Lack of respect for Work-life-balance and dictatorship

    Leaders must be accountable for bad choices (acquisitions, financial planning, talent retention and acquisition strategy). I hear very little accountability from senior leaders at Rapid7. Prioritization and capacity planning are non-existent at every level of the company. Take responsibility.
  • Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
    Rapid7 is not as competitive salary wise compared to other tech companies within the cybersecurity space
