I worked at red Robin 5 years ago Left and joined retail management world for 3 1/2 years let's just say I'm back for good because I'm better for being here.
What makes you most happy at work?
Having a successful night with great turnover rates good tips and happy coworkers.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Both of the managers that interviewed me are now gone. I really enjoyed how the GM and I got along instantly and it was more like a conversation less like an interview.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Right now we are short managers. We have one from another location filling in for now and to others. Our two permanent ones are phenomenal they're great at listening understanding and under pressure.
What are some of the best things about your team?
There's definitely a lot of teamwork. I know that if I am busy as Bartender all I have to do is get on a walkie-talkie and someone will be there to help me.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
At our location it is definitely a family. We just had a Halloween breakfast for all employees And kids. I love how we are always checking in on how each other is doing on or off shift.
