It is unclean and the training is not to the standards of Red Robin. Procedures are not followed and the mandatory mask wearing is not being enforced.
What makes you most happy at work?
When I can work in a clean and sanitized enviornment.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Health Insurance. There is no other compensation such as PTO right now.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I work on my own. So there is very little interaction with other workers.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The CEO and Assistant are great. They make sure that Red Robin standards are met.
What did you like most about the interview process?
They said nothing bad about the business, and didn't give me any negative thought regarding my past employer
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Most of the Coworkers are young and not willing to learn the correct way of learning. They do what they want. Better Training and respect upon team members.
