What did you like most about the interview process?

I transfered from another state which actually went smooth. That was 5 years ago. It's gone completely downhill since then.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Everybody that works at the murfreesboro Tennessee location feels undervalued. They have lost multiple employees because they don't treat their employees fair at all.

What are some of the best things about your team?

My FOH and BOH team are the best ever. They work so hard just to get thrown under the bus or treated unfairly. Managers rather protect themselves and let innocent employees lose their job.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

My leaders have no understanding of what being a leader means. We have a general Manger that is too worried about what next cute girl he can hire. An employee gets falsely accused and they cover their own mistakes my sending said employee home without pay.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

The managers are bias and rude. They don't listen when we tell them we need product and then blame us for running out of it. They make us deal with guest complaints while they sit in the office and play on their phone. Or with each other..
