What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

We play music and tell jokes. Keep communication open and trainers always make time to answer questions and if short staffed some managers jump into help. Team members motivate each other when it's a rough shift. Letting each other know they are doing amazing. Keeps moral high.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

I was a part of this team until the executives and home office made me feel that my complaints over their neglect where not worth their time. My store leadership team is amazing. I've worked with them forever and they bring amazing ideas and genuinely care about us.

What did you like most about the interview process?

It was a two part interview with my GM and a previous AGM. They are both great guys and it was really chill. All my trainers where very good besides my last one who left me to visit with other people and it was awful. Besides that it was okay.

What are some of the best things about your team?

My team is driven and they have heart. We are like a family even with team members who have left we all stay close. We are expected to attend several meetings a week which gets expensive and we should be given gas credit on top of a flat fee for attending otherwise no penalty for not attending.
