Kirsten the GM Woodinville, WA location does not know how to manage a restaurant. She's very passive aggressive. Erica is on a power trip. Cari a server is a terror to all new employees. These 3 think they are too important to be kind to staff. It's very toxic!!!!!! They are not positive our kind!

Learn to lead not dictate and power trip!!! They need new GM and leadership. Fire Kirsten, Erica and Cari.

Most team members want to work and earn money. We want a good working environment. Not get bullied into quitting .
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Gm, leadership! Horrible people. They make the environment toxic! Shifts are based on how many surveys you get. You are rewarded shifts.
