If people haven't figured out how to keep a sterile, practically automated line stocked and operational within a month, they gotta go. Stop coddling underperformers just because it's "too expensive" to rehire.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Making sure that the only ones training people are the trainers, making sure team members aren't harassing one another, and making sure that longtime employees have a reason to stay with the company.
