It's a joke. Not a safe place at all. Lots of homophobic remarks and inappropriate behaviour
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
If regional or corporate managers actually cared or listened to the employees but they don't and that's what's wrong.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
How about first learning to treat their employees with respect and not act like they are better than us just because they're higher up.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Old manager was fun but left due to the amount of bullshit going on and the company caring more about itself than the employees who help male the company what it is
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would feel better if they paid me what they owed me. Went a year and two months waiting on a pay raise for new position and they failed to compensate me in any way
