Positive Reviews From RX Employees

  • What makes you most happy at work?
when we make a deal with the costumers
  • What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
    clear goal and clear target
  • What do you like best about the leadership team?
target clearly and care about my life balance

Constructive Feedback From RX Employees

  • Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Increase in base salaries & annual increases, any sort of end of year bonuses, summer Fridays, better holiday schedule, time off in between Christmas & NYE...just to name a simple few.
  • Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Annual pay pay rise should compensate inflation. Teams with regular overtime either need extra budget for permanent talent acquisition or other underlying problems be fixed. It seems egos are fighting over change rather than removing blockers that make work hard for some teams to achieve change.
  • Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
overtime is not compensated (and in events is quite hard to keep a schedule) however some flexibility and empathy will be appreciated when we are on execution of the show but delivering documents are instructed.

Sustainability and Corporate Social Responsibility at RX

Here at RX, we are working hard to increase our positive impact and reduce any negative effects from running our business. We aim to perform to the highest commercial and ethical standards and channel our knowledge and strengths, as global leaders in our industries, to make a difference to our communities and society. We take Corporate Responsibility so importantly that we produce a report every year to detail how well we are doing.

Through our events and communities we strengthen and support the SDG (Sustainable Development Goals) which were set out by the UN in 2015. RX events foster communities and improve the efficiency of markets. They provide platforms for supporting the SDGs. Amongst many examples, World Future Energy Summit focuses on affordable and clean energy and World Travel Market is dedicated to sustainable tourism.

We are constantly evaluating our working habits and methods, to implement more environmentally-friendly practices worldwide. These include everything from reducing and recycling waste in our offices, to the promotion of eco-friendly exhibition stands, waste management and energy conservation at our events.

In November 2021 RX signed the ‘Net Zero Carbon Events’ pledge (http://www.netzerocarbonevents.org/), a joint commitment across the events and meetings industry to achieve the targets laid out in the Paris Climate Accord. RX is pleased to be a founding member of this initiative which brings together a wide range of event industry stakeholders to:

– Jointly communicate the industry’s commitment to tackling climate change and driving towards net zero by 2050

– Develop common methodologies for measuring the industry’s direct, indirect and supply chain greenhouse gas emissions

– Construct an industry-wide Roadmap towards net zero by 2050, and emissions reductions by 2030 in line with the Paris Agreement and climate science, with support and guidance on key issues

– Foster collaboration with suppliers and customers to ensure alignment and common approaches

– Establish common mechanisms for reporting progress and sharing best practice.

September is our CARES month, when we take the time to celebrate our commitment to making a positive impact on the communities we work in and serve. In addition, every RXer is entitled to take two days a year to focus on volunteering.
