Remington Hotels has, in my experience, no plan or means for employee development or progression. No program nor opportunity for cross training exists or has been implemented at my place of work. Inexperienced, untrained, management seem overworked and completely out of touch.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Excellent professional attitude and guest interaction occurs only on the face to face level. My team works hard to satisfy and guest request as much as they are able to do so.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Remington does not value its workforce and does not seem to have a plan in place to forge an overall better experience for its guests. Management seems secretive without cause and no real details of the state of the company or available positions are shared with the employees.
