I paid holidays, no hard work is wver enough, they always want more and it's completely disorganized where im at. Worked over a year still no raises Took away all our benefits to meet budget. Salary people get paid holidays hourly dont . Unfair .

Restore the paid holidays amd Sick pay. Dont just give it to slararied employees. So reviews give raises. Quit iverpaying skiless jobs like security guards and underoaying akilled positions. Pick leadwrs ans let them lead too mnay cheifs. Too much burder for too little pay about to quit
