What did you like most about the interview process?
I already work here for several years
it wasn't too business oriented more so they want to get to know you
It was very straightforward. They told me about the properties short comings and ways they were working towards fixing it since covid was over
It was completely over the phone
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Have an actual process for interviewing
I interviewed with 6 or 7 people the final round, many of whom I would never work with and knew little about the type of work I would be doing.
