What is the best part about your compensation package?

While not all the "benefits" are superb in comparison to other bigger companies, they are very flexible in making sure they accommodate additional requests that will either make me happy or more productive.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I know for a fact that there are people on my team with the same title and duties who were offered almost 50% more than me and are still paid 25% more despite having less experience at the company.

I was hired before the hiring craze and the market shot up, and I know my colleagues at the same level are making 20%+ more than me, but there's been no indication that there will be a review or adjustment coming.

I make suggestions to my boss regularly on how to improve culture but nothing ever happens. For a company that touts giving people a voice as a core value, they do a terrible job.

A greater focus on Mental Health and company-wide breaks would be very appreciated; similarly, a rethinking of bonus options would be a good idea.

Bonuses and 401k matching would help.

Benefits are very limited. No 401k match, sabbatical/Recharge program, no fertility assistance, child care, Tuition reimbursement/education/self development incentives, pet insurance.

Fair compensation, performance evaluation happen more often and more quickly. Yearly or quarterly bonuses. Better medical support or even open new categories of benefit.

I don't feel undervalued, as I am satisfied with my salary. I think the company could do with a better PTO policy (that doesn't ding you for sick time, for example) and some other HR perks like 401k matching, etc, considering the hard work we do and our success in the market.

Consistently took on a lot of work to ensure projects are delivered on time, no bonus plan, or increase in pay. No yearly review to understand what professional improvements need to be made in order to obtain promotion. I paid out of pocket to provide my team with yearly holiday gift card.
