I was hired before the hiring craze and the market shot up, and I know my colleagues at the same level are making 20%+ more than me, but there's been no indication that there will be a review or adjustment coming.
I make suggestions to my boss regularly on how to improve culture but nothing ever happens. For a company that touts giving people a voice as a core value, they do a terrible job.
A greater focus on Mental Health and company-wide breaks would be very appreciated; similarly, a rethinking of bonus options would be a good idea.
