However once the new manager was brought in, many team members quit after being picked on by management, and unfair treatment. They went from being hard workers to very unmotivated and unhappy people.

I am a program manager but my salary is on the lowest end of that position's pay scale. Cleveland Clinic is in a budget crisis, but its top doctors make $400K+, while non-staff get little.
7-Eleven: Great Management, great customers, and great co- workers however, what corporate is doing is just severely upsetting and discouraging. We are grossly understaffed and over worked. It makes you feel like you are never good enough which is so sad. I know profits are important but so are human beings.
