Cooper's Hawk Winery & Restaurant: The worst job I've ever had. Super high turnover rates amongst FOH and BOH staff. Low pay for anybody who is hourly. They prioritize Wine Clubs and threaten to punish, demote and reduce your hours if you do not sell enough wine clubs. They set unrealistic expectations. Managers do nothing on floor.
StandardAero: I hate the place and the people, they belittle you and call you names. That is just from management. Love the work hate the people, Nepo baby daycare.

Woodforest National Bank: The most stressful in branch job ever. Upper management would let certain customer's bypass regulation requirements because they "know" and their political statues, then scold the banker for following federal regulations.

Vrbo: When someone cancelled a reservation within 2 hours, they are told that they would get a refund with 7/10 days. Now it is 12 days, and I have been told it would be another 72 hours. I cancelled on May 7th. On May 16 I received an email stating they would charge my card another $953.49.
Calix: It's been overwhelmingly positive. Are we perfect? No. But the team selling, customer base, and overall culture is something that you can't just replicate. I've got a lot of years left in my career, and as long as we protect the culture I'm beyond happy with everything going on at Calix.
