Risepoint: As a team they do seem to be good people
Snap Finance: I like being challenged, learn about our products, about the different departments and support them with my experience
Risepoint: The kindness and the excitement of what we are doing makes it outstanding.
Cross Country Healthcare: I have enjoyed my 4 years at Cross Country but feel the smaller departments could use a little more focus.
Cross Country Healthcare: I love working at CCH, I love what I do, it's not easy but it is very rewarding. I really enjoy working for this company! I hope to continue to my role here for many many years to come!
Primerica: My advisor is knowledgeable and cares more about my needs than a sale
Cross Country Healthcare: Overall, my experience has been very positive. That said, the recent reduction in staff has been nerve-racking and has had a noticeable impact on team morale. Uncertainty around workload, stability, and future support has created additional stress, even among those who remain committed and engaged.
Cross Country Healthcare: Overall, it's "just" okay. Things could be a lot better though, but I'm confident that our Founder is back and will turn things around.
Cross Country Healthcare: I have worked at this company as a nurse then as a recruiter. I have absolutely loved working for Cross Country Healthcare, but it feels uneasy a lot due to all the layoffs I've seen the last 3 years.
Cross Country Healthcare: Same goals, want to achieve success for our accounts
Cross Country Healthcare: I love working at CCH. All of my supervisors and team members have been fantastic.
Cross Country Healthcare: My experience has been great. The team has helped me learn the current process and procedures and allowed me to give input to improve.
Risepoint: My overall experience at the company has been deeply rewarding. The work is mission?driven, the leadership is transparent and action?oriented, and the culture encourages collaboration and continuous growth. I feel supported, challenged, and connected to work that truly makes a differe
Cross Country Healthcare: I have been very happy working fir Cross Country and hope to finish my career here
Cross Country Healthcare: Outstanding, I feel supported, encouraged and appreciated!
Cross Country Healthcare: I am a new employee, but my initial experience has been very positive relative to culture, people, work tools, etc.
Cross Country Healthcare: I just started a month ago. Overall it has been good. I think onboarding/training could have been a little more in depth. My coworker and I left onboarding week 1 with a lot of questions about how things fit together.
Cross Country Healthcare: We are all here to accomplish our own personal/professional goals
Cross Country Healthcare: I have found personal success in my role as a recruiter, however i have found that many of my ideas are stolen by my leadership, and i am not getting the recognition for it. I do not have a clear upward moving path to be more involved in our business' success, and i am overall unhappy.
Cross Country Healthcare: We always hear about bonuses/compensation going out for other departments and Onboarding/Compliance never really have the same opportunities. We have no incentives to work towards when working 20+ files most weeks.
Cross Country Healthcare: I started almost 5 years ago in RPO and I really love working for this company but in the last year or so, I have been feeling anxious with all of the RIFs and can never be sure if another is coming every other week, which is stressful. I need metrics to feel like I have earned my wage
Cross Country Healthcare: well, I have been here 25 years. if that doesn't say enough.
Cross Country Healthcare: I have learned much here and appreciate the visibility my leader has always provided me
Cross Country Healthcare: I love CCH and all I have learned. I am thankful for the 4 years I have had with my team and all the things I have learned.
Cross Country Healthcare: very reliable, supportive and open mided
Cross Country Healthcare: Willing to do anything to help you succeed!
Risepoint: A company that cares about the internal and external partners.
Vertafore: Great benefits, poor base pay. Credible, if slightly out of touch top management, unreliable middle management. Clear task expectations, unclear behavioral expectations.
Risepoint: It has been a favorable experience even at a time where we are going through massive change. Hoping to continue to try to make a difference so our partners see the an uptick as a result of all of our changes.
Vertafore: I am extremely happy with the company and what I have experienced so far.
Timberland: customer service and standing behind its products especially when dealing with seniors
Risepoint: I would not work here if the job market weren't so terrible. Don't mistake me, because I give my all to work every day and take pride in how I show up to my work, but it is not by choice that I stay with Risepoint.
Risepoint: My overall experience has been a mix of challenges and growth, with strong collaboration across teams and continuous learning.
Epiq: Overall experience working here at Epiq has been great. Ability to have the work/life balance is amazing
Risepoint: I am challenged to do better and be better every day for the health of our partners and our organization. It is a very fulfilling experience.
Fox Pest Control: Consistency in leadership ideas and growth.
Risepoint: Company could do a lot more to encourage retention and employee satisfaction of quality employees.
Risepoint: While my department has had a great culture, dealing with other teams that do not have it can be challenging.
Epiq: The company has been great to me and I am proud to work here most days. When they cut long term employees or ones that are valuable due to budget reasons, it feels like a slap in the face and there is no loyalty to their workforce.
Risepoint: They seem to care about keeping employees around and only make cuts when absolutely necessary.
Risepoint: We need transparency within HR. We were told that the pay scales for positions would be made visible and they never were. It is not fair for someone to come in make way more than someone already here. For lower positions, a small scale is needed. It should not be 25k scale for someone making $75,000
NVR: Everything. Follow up. Quality. Corners were cut and the issues are major ans not fixed
Epiq: I have a nice salary with commission on top.
Risepoint: Risepoint is a good company now, and I hope it will be a great company after we've fully integrated our legacy businesses into a coherent and comprehensive unit.
Epiq: We can talk about non work-related subjects to build a team atmosphere.
Risepoint: I enjoy working at home and I feel that the work I do has value. But, due to recent events and the influx of AI, I do live in fear of being let go.
SupportYourApp: I believe what makes SupportYourApp such a great place is the people and the culture. Everyone is supportive, friendly, and always willing to help each other grow. The company truly values teamwork and communication, creating an environment where you feel appreciated and motivated every day.
Barracuda Networks: They deeply care about the employees, our customers and partners!
Epiq: My overall experience has been positive, with opportunities to broaden my skills across different business units, strong support from Finance and Human Resources, and a manager who provides helpful guidance.

Timberland: quality product means quality stuff
Risepoint: great experience overall - would recommend this company
Viavi Solutions: Care for the employees not share holders exclusively
Risepoint: Overall, my experience has been positive, with strong talent, a collaborative culture, and a genuine focus on values. As the company scales, clearer communication around priorities and how existing expertise fits into new initiatives would support focus, engagement, and sustainability.
Epiq: Clear communication of arching corporate goals but still recognize and celebrate individual achievements.
Risepoint: I've had a great experience, with opportunities to lead projects and develop my skills, and advance in my career.
Epiq: Epiq is the structure atop my career development foundation. Over the course of my time here, I've learned what I want and the promise of my capabilities. I have endured ebbs and flows of departmental and company needs which have invaluably shaped my professional views, abilities and relationships.
Risepoint: Working on strategy for our universities
Risepoint: We've been in a period of transition for 2+ years and it's been a very challenging experience. While I trust that our ELT has good intentions, the execution plan for many decisions did not feel well thought out. Due to this, the roll out of changes often felt chaotic, unorganized, and added stress.
American House Senior Living: It has been very great
Snap Finance: Snap is such a fantastic place to work. We have a great culture, work hard, and work together to get things done.
Snap Finance: Fantastic, the company makes you feel appreciated and seen! Plenty of opportunites for career growth and encouragement

Vertafore: Overall, the experience have been sufficiently good
Vertafore: The vision conveyed to employees.
2020 Companies: Great people, Great work place.
Vertafore: Sales is something that can be very up and down. Our base is not a ton of coverage. It is nice however that we are hourly due to all of the events we attend as sales people
Risepoint: overall things have been good, i just wish valuable employees were rewarded better in terms of compensation, scope of role, location, market value, annual raises, bonuses, etc
Risepoint: PTO and time off included with holidays and leave house prior to holidays
Vertafore: Clear communication and better documentation of internal process
Risepoint: Amazing firm with world-class leadership team and culture. Challenging, fast-paced work environment working with some of the smartest people you will ever have the privilege of partnering with and learning from (Ex MBB, Big-4, Microsoft, Meta, etc.)
Risepoint: I enjoy my team and teammates. It is a wonderful place to work when things are aligned. Change is difficult to navigate and I understand that these things take time. I am optimistic about where Risepoint is headed and look forward to how I can be a part of that journey.
Risepoint: Only working here about a year but overall experience has been a positive one. Constant chane and amibiguity but getting use to that being the norm.

Risepoint: I like the weekly update emails from Fernando and the Fireside chats.
Risepoint: For the most part experience has been good, some up and downs, big changes and restructure of departments but nothing we were not able to overcome.
Meltwater: Overall, my experience has been very positive
Risepoint: So far, it's been a really good experience. I just wonder if I was moved to a team that best fits my skills.
Risepoint: Role increase without comp increase matching the timeline. Working in new role with increased responsibilities for potentially months before comp increase.
SupportYourApp: The company has a clear and well-structured organization with a transparent division of responsibilities, which allows for efficient work and achieving great results. There is also an individual approach to each employee — with support, growth opportunities, and openness to new idea
Risepoint: I used to love working for legacy WUNI. When we merged into a new company, I was very hopeful; however, the model has changed to be less work-life balance, more top heavy, and a feeling of constant change. It's hard to achieve success when the software, management, and roles keep shifting.
Risepoint: I'm happy to be part of risepoint and hope to make an impact
Risepoint: Ultimately, Risepoint is a good company to work for. I am worried for the future with the recent structural changes the company has made. I know how important it is to maintain good relationships with our partners but there has been some damage to relationships recently due to the vertical alignment
SupportYourApp: The people, clear goals and purpose, great management.
Risepoint: it's been a nightmare since we were acquired
Risepoint: Bad. Constant rollercoaster of layoffs. No job security. Very hard on my mental health.
Snap Finance: It has been an excellent experience
Risepoint: i love my job but there is no space for growth. also, my salary makes me feel undervalued.

Risepoint: They are all incredibly kind and authentic.
Polaroid: Cameras are very good at their job
TST Overland: Just a Great and fun place to be
Risepoint: Overall, I really like Risepoint. But sometimes leadership pushes for things they know very little about, don't talk to the experts, and then push for ridiculous timelines that create stress and mean less positive outcomes.

Barracuda Networks: They are approachable and down to earth.

Sun Communities: Great value great service thanks
Risepoint: Net positive. Good work, good people, good customers, doing good in the world.

In my previous shop I was burned out all the time and here at Snap I feel challenged daily, but with the freedom to have my family time, or to raise my hand when I am feeling overwhelmed. Post Acute Medical: Good company and learn a lot. However benefits for employees are poor
RealManage: Customer service is great. Easy to find a solution when I have a question or issue.
Marshalls: What needs to change is the mentality. I can’t keep speaking on this because everyone is sing the same tune. And no one is listening
Risepoint: When I first started, I bragged to everyone that would listen how focused this company was on heart and making sure employees feel valued. As we've grown, we've lost this.
Risepoint: Great listener, approachable, transparent, cares about the team, competent.

Risepoint: When I first came to AP, now RP, there was a much better employee morale. There are no opportunities for us to connect and you can see that in body language. It's sad.
Risepoint: Salary, bonus plan and PTO allowance

2020 Companies: I felt comfortable and relaxed throughout the interview process because it was welcoming and conversational. The team made me feel at ease and confident in being myself.
Risepoint: Tenured and have seen many changes over the years. At the core, our people come to work each day and are deeply committed to our mission and believe the work we do is meaningful. Hard to ignore that certain departments have contributed to their own challenges through repeated patterns and decisions.

Being surrounded by mission-driven people who're truly invested in our partners and students is thrilling and inspiring. My current team is the best I’ve worked with in my field. I feel well supported through competitive compensation, growth opportunities, and strong health be
Risepoint: COL raises being handed out once a year is too simple. Depending on date of hire an employee can go a year+ without a raise. Does not seem fair if their work merits it. Raises cycle can stay the same, but EE should be able to receive backpay at new pay scale for service over 1 year since hire
Risepoint: Started out great, and then slowly company started chipping away at some of the perks. My manager doesn't give me feedback ever and comments on my Impact Reviews are clearly AI. Since integration, never felt part of team and nothing gets communicated that impacts my daily work. No room for growth.
