Overall, I enjoy my position and what the company has to offer. I would like for their to be more discussions with teams around when implementing new processes, etc. Some process changes may work well for some teams, but may hinder others.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We work well together, are collaborative and are always helping and supporting each other everyday.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is inclusive. There's ways to make the job fun while also being business appropriate.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
We get information/updates as soon as possible so we aren't blindsided by it by the time we receive them.
What makes you most happy at work?
Knowing that I am supported by my team and managers. This is the first job where I can say I enjoy what I do.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There is more to the position than what is listed on paper. Especially as you grow within the role, the more you learn and more responsibility you are given. Compensation should align with that and the rising costs of living expenses, etc.
