Having opportunities to chat with coworkers, because many of us are distributed its always nice to get the chance to connect with each other.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone truly comes to work with a teamwork mindset. We all look out for each other and offer our assistance when it becomes clear that someone needs the support.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like how approachable they are. I've never caught an elitist attitude from the team; in fact, they've been extremely cooperative and have regularly encouraged staff to contact them directly with any questions or concerns.
