I went through about 3 stages and received feedback almost immediately after each stage. Especially appreciated the constant email comms, and updates during each stage.

A culture where parents are acknowledged and work life balance is actually a thing. Lots of flexibility and appreciation - makes the job easier to do.

The constant support and guidance, as well as opportunities for growth and learning within the business. Quarterly performance reviews to see where we, as well as leadership can improve, and well-being check-ins makes a huge difference.
