They are committed to the growth of CCH - and every employee matters, and they retain employees because they are assets to the company and are also committed to the growth of it
What are some of the best things about your team?
We care about each other as team-members, and as people. We have each-other's backs, and work as a team. When someone is out sick, we make sure to help cover them, we check on them, and we're always working to help each-other succeed
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to fulfill the needs of the client, and placing a great HCP for them, an HCP who enjoys what they do and does an amazing job doing it, while providing for their family. Filling last minute urgent needs, I love that!
