The managers don't micromanage, and the executives try to walk their talk re. caring about diversity.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have worked at the company for well over a year and am still not paid a living wage for my metropolitan area.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They haven't fallen in line with the attempts of the Federal government to police private organizations' politics and force them to abandon DEI, etc.
