CRITICALRIVER INC.: allows me to collaborate with people worldwide, process complex information, and assist users in finding the best solutions
Consumer Cellular: Transparency, honesty, ethics are missing in consumer affairs.
MTM: probably teach your team better customer service skills...hanging up on people isn't the right way to go about it. If you can't handle the situation then you shouldn't be at this company. Don't continue to lie and blame someone else for my cancelled trip. When you are the company that cancelled it.
Availity: one of the best platform
Publishers Clearing House (PCH): Great very great the best
Defense Technical Information Center: Toxic environment. There is no structure at all.
LeafFilter Gutter Protection: Teach your installation manager the difference between rust and organic matter, to many problems to list in 300 characters!
Interface Systems: Interface has an incredible culture built on resilience, communication and doing whatever it takes. The leadership team is extremely visible, involved, supportive and dedicated, and that permeates throughout the organization and all it's people. Top tier company with incredible people all around.

CRITICALRIVER INC.: Overall, my experience has been positive. I've had opportunities to learn, work with supportive colleagues, and contribute to meaningful projects. Continued focus on career growth and competitive compensation would make the experience even better.
Primo Water Corporation: The routes don't make since all they care about is getting the water to the customer they have you work past your time the trucks don't have any A/C and they don't care manger is disrespectful they don't never thank the employees for they hard work this need to be looked in to
Publishers Clearing House (PCH): honest made life easy working with pch

Poshmark: 20% comission plus terrible Customer Service
Worldstrides: Actually delivering what it promises, particularly in the type of tour accommodation provided, and the location of those accommodations.
Shentel: so far everything seems really chill and easy and everyone seems great
Melaleuca: It works well with going to school since they work with your schedule.
Carahsoft Technology: Dont work here, micro managint. Low pay
Exact Sciences: Executive leadership ran culture, benefits, comp into the ground before selling to Abbott. Under Abbott's culture, this will be far from a decent. Layoffs were used to avoid performance management, decisions made on the fly, priorities not given time to work out before they are changed.
West Elm: West Elm is the worst quality I've ever encountered in my life. I so wish I had seen Trustpilot before I bought anything from them. I ordered throw pillow covers and they were both defective when they arrived. I asked for a return and ordered them again. When they arrived they were again defective.
ECMD: the commitment, collaboration, values, and effort align with what is asked of me.
LeafFilter Gutter Protection: ENTIRE SYSTEM and HONOR CONTRACT
Cutco: we are building chemistry and sharing knowledge
Wolfspeed: Get along pretty well most of the time
Byram Healthcare: Customer Service. I understand they are trying to help, but I feel they are reading a script and they do not deviate from that script. They do not go any more than they need to in order to help. It is exhausting to deal with them and then having to continually reach out and get no help or answers
TracFone Wireless: cursomer service, sell service by hours because it is actually not by days or months. You come off as deceiving when you say it is one month but you only have X hours which can be used prior to the end of the month.
QuinStreet: Good team to keep in touch personally. They are not technically motivated
Insulet: so far so good, just they are growing so fast that is getting out of their hands
ATA: Exciting, passionate, meaningful, resilient, growth
Physicians Mutual Insurance: Used to value the relative reasonable premium price... until today. Just received a 18% increase!
Naples Hotel Group: Lunch interview followed by one additional in person interview.
NYISO: good place to start your career
Teleflora: They can improve by listening to people within the purchase request and deliver the correct arrangement. Work on customer service, AI doesn’t work and they are canned responses. They someonrpe take ownership of the issue, not a different response from a different re

HealthStream: Appreciating their employees and really meaning it.
Huddle House: super good food, great service.
Synergy One Lending: They used to be very sharp. Literally the worst experience we have had recently.
Wargaming.net: War Gaming has become a pay to lose game in the last three+ years, they have one thing they want and will do everything but make a good game to get it and that is your money, The games World of tanks and World of Warships are the two biggest money pits for the player base to play.

TracFone Wireless: Customer Service and technical support
Wingstop Restaurants Inc.: So far its been great
Interscope Records: the incredible great costumer service
Life.Church: Quit asking for so much money from your followers. The bible does not dictat a percentage, that is manmade. The bible says to let your heart tell you. Also it says to give to the poor, not to the church to give to the poor.
J-R Cigar: Shipping and customer service support
West Elm: Lack of senior leadership presence and involvement. Senior leadership is afraid to commit or own outcomes, using directors amd middle management ass fallguys. Concerns are heavily geared towards protecting their position with no concern for quality of life of emoloyees and adhearance to policy.
Canonical Ltd.: A decaying bed of toxicity
Datavail: Mark is not longer our ceo… like 5 years ago
Pacific Life: Wes ruined the company in 2020.
inMusic Brands: The company works in Silos. Communication is poor.
Clarkson Eyecare: Customer service is aweful. They sold me glasses that can not be adjusted properly and I look through the clear frame not the lense. Instead of offering me a differant frame that would allow me to see through the lense, all they are interested in is charging me a fee instead of correcting glasses.

Vertex Inc.: Leadership is largely disconnected and unable to communicate with and/or accept any input from the people doing the work. Too many managers and not enough skilled people doing actual work. Product is unable to deliver in a timely manner and there is no real accountability.
iPipeline: Was good until Pat came along

DigitalOcean: Pays less than other software companies
BeneSys: Frantic and with many loose ends and unsolvable problems ongoing. They know this but cannot seem to catch up.
OnTrac: Nice knowledgeable help rd ul
Empire Today: Rewarding, financially, debilitating mentally and physically
Culver's Restaurants: The way to handle wrong orders. I was given a salad that was not the correct one. The waitresd could not take it back to the kitchen but instead had to send a manager over to look the situation over. After said manager took salad back, it took 15 minutes to get my corrected order! For a salad!
Wingstop Restaurants Inc.: The GM at this store is corrupt and retaliates on fellow coworkers and myself when we call him out for not doing his job and stealing money from the safe because hes the only person with the safe code. Hes going around the store spreading lies and messing with the females in the store.

ThredUP: Quantitative data collected & displayed is quite impressive and addresses company values which is appreciated! I am remote from the apparent scandals related to Thredup which I attribute to intense competition in this market. Sure, I could have my head in the sand but I don't think so & I don't care

Hyundai Motor America: The worst customer service and service repair from a car dealer you will ever experience
SCS Engineers: You are not valued. Its cut throat and a pyramid scheme. Its horrible, DO NOT APPLY
Life Alert: Mediocre. Lack of real benefits push me away from the company. The work is not hard at all, but the medical benefits arent good enough. It doesnt matter how much im paid if i have to pay nearly half my check for the medical benefits. I dont know why they cant just absorb the costs.
Einstein Bros. Bagels: Learn how to be polite with your customer.
Verathon: Earl loves attention. He acts like he wants honest feedback but will hold it against you. If you want to stay there long, just do what he says and don't push back. It is a place for yes men/women. The middle management and upper mgmt are extremely week just as Earl likes them.

Backyard Discovery: Customer service and communication from the start. We ordered a swingset that was 2500 on April 28 and it didn't get put together for over a month. Nothing was sent to us by email as to how to prep yard, pdf of the set, the fact we needed to seal it. Nothing. Miscommunication all around.
Entertainment Benefits Group, LLC: Strict, boring, overemphasis on performative and mandatory fun.

TracFone Wireless: Your customer service is pure GARBAGE!
Heart to Heart Hospice: Heart to Heart is committed to giving their all to each patient 24 hours a day. Staff does receive periodic recognition and incentives. Great place to work overall.

Ascendion: It is really good every day
