ZeroFox: Experience has been great. Keeping our most important customers happy and improving their experience provides challenge but also opportunity for growth. Working with the team feels great and I look forward to being able to contribute meaningfully whenever I can.

ZeroFox: Generally positive. However, it feels (as a whole) the company is not good at goal setting. We lack adequate definitions, measurements that are fair but can withstand change, and follow through. Often goals (and similar tasks) reach later stages of life and feel like we're doing them "just because".
ZeroFox: I feel challenged by my work and often help customer find out things they didn't know before. I am supported by my manager and the company leadership is always asking for feedback and making things better for everyone.
ZeroFox: Again, I appreciate the work-life balance, I love my team, and my job is generally fun and is (finally) aligned with what I've been wanting to do in my position. I'm just underpaid is all.
ZeroFox: My overall experience at the company has been pretty positive, but I credit much, if not all, of that to my manager and director. I feel that they are incredibly invested in my professional growth and in my wellbeing on a personal level. It's reassuring to feel they have my best interests in mind

ZeroFox: I don't really have an answer for this question, but I wanted to state I didn't think it was appropriate that for the question "average time worked per day" there was not an answer with 9. There was only a choice for eight or ten
ZeroFox: It's been a constant battle with targets always in motion and sometimes completely invisible. Through it, we are under-resourced, under-valued, and woefully under-paid.
