As much as I like working with the team; the fact that I'm underpaid for the work and effort put in is too much to overlook. I request that the team take responsibility in ensuring that the compensation is aligned with the level of responsibility and contributions. The pay needs to be better please.

Personally feel I am underpaid for the role from being exposed to negative news and handling tasks even when understaffed.

I feel extremely undervalued and underpaid compared to the efforts I go into in terms of production, training, DTR production, QC and other project works. Despite all this I'm still being paid very less. I have raised this multiple times to no avail. I request for a far better compensation (salary).
