What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
In my opinion, we are all very dedicated but are able to show up to work as ourselves instead of needing to be masked.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I'm obsessed with my team, and my cross-functional teams. There is some work to do to build unity across the organization. But, I feel that we have intentionally brought in team members for a cultural and skill fit.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team at ZeroFox manages to led with empathy and clarity as we have continued to navigate through some difficult times. I trust each of them to be candid and honest with me about the future of the company, whether it be positive or negative.
