I am not getting paid as per the industry standards for my work experience.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Giving proper compensation for the workers who are in the organisation for more than 2 years.

No retention of older employees. No growth path that is setup. No clarity in Job designations.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It is not upto the mark. My compensation is not even 2X of my total years serving here as an employee which is pathetic.
