The company has to include team outings and provide few more work from homes the team interaction is almost null

The team has to have their freedom i feel the management is micro managing and it is inturn affecting the productivity

I believe that a compensation package more aligned with industry standards and my current role would help me feel more recognized and appreciated for the effort I put in.

What I appreciate most about the leadership team is their clear vision and direction. They have a strong ability to articulate the company's long-term goals and ensure that everyone is aligned and working towards the same objectives.
