AEVEX Aerospace: slow starting, process is a little overwhelming, after some time still trying to find a place or fit, feeling like just another body to fill a seat and do ancillary things, but due to circumstances understand why and comment should not be used as a gauge for the company environment.

AEVEX Aerospace: I have one major improvement that should be implemented. Sick time for ALL employees. Just have a preset bank of 40-80 hours that reset every year on your hire date. And you get to use it in place of your hard working acrued PTO. Feels like a punishment to have to use PTO when sick.
