Great place to work but we are severely lacking in the tools to get the job done. The LN/UKG changeover has been an unmitigated disaster and there the lack of training and mentoring on the system, especially for folks who came in mid-stream is lamentable

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
huge pay disparity between new hires and myself with them getting upwards of 30K more. They are responsible for only 2-3 programs while I have 8-9
