TaskUs: We have small amount of days off available to us for the year. not even 1 sick day per month. rules you have to follow in order to get the incentive get more excessive each month. You can't call in sick one day, can use more than One PTO day and it has to approved prior to the incentive announced
Target: Target claims to not have enough employees for certain roles but its as if they refuse to pay. I notice that more young people work for the company as well.

Shoprite Supermarkets: They need to work more on their customer service. Cashiers are not always friendly and can be hostile. Additionally, employees often talk very loudly to each other from across different cash registers which can be irritating as they are quite loud. The cleanliness of the store could also be better

U-Haul: I work for Uhaul not even a month. I had car trouble and I got fired. They see no call no show but I called up and I still got fired and I accidentally forgot a set of keys in my pocket. I return keys, but they had a vindictive behavior against that. I was a new hire rules wasn't never explained to

H E B: Store workers/management does more than any HEB executive ten-fold, yet they continuously get the short end of the stick regarding pay, benefits, and bonuses. Frankly, any and all bonuses should go to the store employees and store management, they do everything that makes HEB money.
King Soopers: Everything.. they treat employees horribly and do absolutely nothing

Whataburger: Horrible no health insurance, unless you work full time. Pay is abysmal at best. You can't live of the wages they give part time employees. The requirements are outrageous. And the customers while largely polite some what are at best a minor nuisance and at worse a literal group of grown as kids

KFC: i was not properly trained. guarenteed me 23-40 hours to work at 2 store locations, they picked on me, blamed the new girl for things, when i asked to get trained or help they rolled their eyes & didnt want to help, fired me bc of a probationary thing i was never aware of & much more! worst job ever
Food lion: I work, mainly, the to-go service. I like the job, overall, but the new system does not allow for many work-hours. Most of the time, one emplyee can cover the workload, but there are times it seems that corporate forgets we are human beings and have very high expectations. Overall, I do like my job.
Globant: Globant is a company where everyone who works there feels a sense of belonging, there is a great opportunity for growth, always with a great vision for the future of technology.

IHOP: Horrible company, all about that bottom dollar going i to the CEOs pockets, while operating on a complete skeleton crew, works you to death til your burnt out then just cut your hours and phase you out, they let the left over people pick up slack then repeat the process
U-Haul: The new gm for the chapparal location in corpus christi is very unprofessional, as his favorites and does not no how to communicate with his employees. Needs to learn how to talk to someone not thru them
UCHealth: Everyone steps on everyone else to get to the top and they will purposefully make your schedule difficult if they don't like you

You'll need open mind to face undefined processes, or changes in the working model. However, the management team is approachable, leads by example, and teammates are amazing people!

Panera Bread: The employees are rude and gossip about everyone behind everyone's back. The store in Amarillo needs a whole new crew and managers.
TP: It was interesting. It opened my eyes and made me realize that being an adult is hard. That making a living is hard and not easy. This company also open new opportunities for me. As I newbie, and someone who doesn't have any work experience, TP is a good start since it's beginner friendly.

Driveline Retail Merchandising: It's a great company if you need a flexible schedule. It's absolute trash when it comes to the pay you receive. No raises. Lack of consistency in hours worked. Some weeks you'll have 40 plus whereas some others you'll have 2.

I call every month for an update - delivery promisex in April, then May, and now June. Terrible experience. No proactive updates; i have to call to get news!

Other departments have begged for me to train with them. Yet i have only had a 3 dollar raise this entire time. One of them very recent after switching postions.

Its a revovling door of new emplyees, instead of keeping the honest, hardworking, deticated employees. Start out at $12 an hour. After 3 years, still not over $13.
Lennox International: reliability of their products. They're trading on a brand reputation built years ago and that they apparently no longer deserve
Navy Federal Credit Union: Dietrich cut all employee bonuses by instituting a structure relying on non-definable metrics. We used to have a hard set of numbers that gave a bonus structure and now its "measured" in "impact". Dietrich changed our policy of free expedited debit card replacement when a member was compromised

I wonder how he can sleep at night. Also the millions and millions that are spent on advert should be redirected to helping people like those I'm speaking of
