Awful. Definitely store dependent since many stores are full of favoritism, immaturity, cliques, manipulation, fear tactics and hypocrisy.

The pay and the health care plan. The vision plan could be improved.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Actually acting like managers. Stop gossiping with the crew and excluding high performers. Stop abusing your authority to shun employees which creates toxic environments.
