Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I have been here between 10-15 years. I know for a fact there were others hired in the same support role I am with less experience but more pay. That was 6 years ago. I still have not had an increase since Aveanna bought my old agency.

From the beginning, it was like being brought under someone's wing and then allowed to proceed under my own direction, knowing that there was always a backup resource to ask regarding doing things correctly, if things could be improved upon, and a general "we can figure it out" attitude.
