Good open lines of communication. We have a new HR manager and she is fantastic. We have a pretty good banquet and food and beverage team.
We have a strong executive committee here at the Cincinnati Marriott Rivercenter. I have worked for our Director of Sales for 7 years and have enjoyed my time.
I feel bad for anyone that has to interview me. I don't interview well. I was lucky because I had 3 peers that worked here and kept bugging me to come here to work. I was a Westin guy. I am not a job hopper. I told my boss I let me work speak for me. She gave me the opportunity, its been great.
