What is the best part about your compensation package?

That i get paid on time. EOM.

They work in a collaborative manner.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Culture Nothing, Environment id better as the infrastructure is better than previous companies I have worked for

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Knowing Exactly whats going on, Apart from client targets which are equally important. The entire leadership team are not bothered about Team Leaders or Teammates.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Everyone in the company should be treated equally, One of the value of the company has a problem initself. "Frontline First" and the entire leadership acts accordingly. Whoever is not in the frontline is treated differently leading to biasness and inequality.
