The variety in my job duties, growth opportunities, and working with my team.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I believe the benefits assist in making up for the pay. I do feel that similar positions pay slightly higher, however I still feel pay is reasonable.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The best things about my team are that we work together as a cohesive team! We are all a small part of a larger picture and work together well!
