What is the best part about your compensation package?
I haven't gotten one yet, but I am excited about the STI quarterly bonuses!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The support!! I never feel alone. Any question is answered with a smile, and you are truly set up for success.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love those referral phone calls. Being able to excite a family about the potential of getting them some much needed support is a blessing.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Mary Elizabeth and Joel are the DREAM TEAM in the Mid-Atlantic. I have never felt as empowered and inspired by a leader as I do with them. They truly make the world of a difference. I am blessed to be able to learn from them.
