I love working with my direct coworkers & leaders. I always feel supported by them. IRs are not learning experiences to help us grow but only to post out flaws and not help to get better. Too much focus in IRs on toeing that aren't as important as pt and employee safety. Compliance team is punitive

My direct coworkers and leaders are amazingly supportive, i never feel alone
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Not the health insurance, it is barely accepted. The best would be my incentive percentage, because its the old one
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
there isn't enough clear guidance with everything. And when you ask for clarity, it's bruised off or there's a punitive response, especially from IR compliance team
