What do you like best about the leadership team?
My manager is amazing. He supports career advancement and really listens to team members. Leadership here actually listens and takes what we say to heart.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The pay is above average and the benefits are incredible. They pay for schooling, there are Grainger Stars that you can earn for merchandise or gift cards, paid medical leave and so much more. It is way too much to list here.
