I started as a field nurse for the first year and found great joy in being able to provide true patient centered care and see the growth my patient made while I provided 1:1 care. I recently was promoted to Clinical supervisor, and I am very excited to continue to grow.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Leadership is supportive of one another and field staff. We encourage growth and lead with compassion.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love being able to interact with my patients/patient families, co-workers and field nurses. Being able to help them and work together makes me feel accomplished and confident.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are a true team, we take on challenges together and help each other whenever and however we can. We love to have fun together and show each other appreication.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I enjoy my Leadership team. They see me as a person and part of the team. We all treat each other with mutual respect and help each other whenever we can.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I believe for the amount of work and responsibility I have I should be compensated better. I also consistently have field nurses giving me feedback about benefits and PTO and how they feel undervalued in this area.
