Nucor Corporation: Transparent. From the first interview until today, the people I have surrounded myself with embody the Nucor culture. I been a part of higher up conversations and conversations as a trainee and it has been nothing short of the truth. It's not always the best day ever, but every day I can grow.

UCHealth: Compensation is terrible. Constantly compared to states with lower costs of living but "higher ups" continue to pad/overbook provider schedules so they can always get a bonus every month while everyone else is struggling to afford food and housing.

The Salvation Army: In terms of diversity and training it is not regulated properly. The CEO is hands off, so that leaves the doors open for middle management to run the facility the way they choose. That includes right or wrong and no regulation is involved. Hands off approach decreases oversight in daily structure.
Nucor Corporation: It has been very good, fast paced, challenging, and I enjoy it. I am given opportunities to grow and travel which is much appreciated. The normal schedule and the office politics take away from the experience.

Conagra Brands: Hostile environment. Plant and HR managers give great preference to white caucasian people. They don't care about most of their employees and they can let them go anytime. I've seen a great employee who worked for 18 years for them, and he got fired and not for a good apparent reason.

The loss of Carolyn and Reena still stings teams that saw real transformation. Interim leaders often drove better execution than final hires. 3product teams under AB, AK, and MK feels fragmented

Food lion: I shop a Food Lion store 1194 and the employees Nicole , Nana, and Giovanni give great custermer service. They offer to help and always have a smile!
Safeway: Safeway hires anyone with pulse and no criminal record
ManpowerGroup: Great company, but huge. CEO and other executives have no idea some of us even exist. But company has a great benefits package for most positions, and I enjoy working for them. (Experis)
Staffmark: Staffmark is the worst company they dont communicate they have you put you personal info & dont have you start working
Olive Garden: I love my job but at the same time I've never had a vacation and it's always a issue when I try to take the time that I've earned
