What needs to change to make the company culture better?
People are energized when they are fully on board with their role. They understand it, expectations are clear, have examples of what good looks like or can visualize it, have comfort feeling like they can fail but learn from it and be supported.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I'm in the wrong role. I feel as though I was set up to fail. I feel as though after all of my contributions, Workday no longer wants me to develop in a space I have been for greater than a decade. I feel as though I will be laid off in a future round if I do not leave on my own.
