We are a people centric company and that's what I love most about us.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
With my years of experience and performance, I was hired at the wrong level. I have seen wrong hiring at various levels in workday and unfortunately I was a victim.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They try to communicate honestly as much as possible. Workday is a huge company and steering it with being people centric is a very challenging job that our leaders take very seriously
